I've been a professional chess coach for more than 10 years, both in person and nowadays, a lot online, mainly through my coaching page on chess.com www.chess.com/member/stephenzinho , which, for further reference, has several student reviews in the "Notes" section.

I've been keenly teaching both youngsters and adults going from beginner/ intermediate levels all the way to 2100+ players aspiring for titles .

Keen tennis player and former semi-finalist of the chess-tennis world championship. 1200 elo-worth soccer player (right back!), and sports fan in general.

Not really up to me to say ( but please check my student reviews) , but well known in the chess-coaching business for proudly encouraging / motivating his students with (very) random sports analogies :) !

Alas, hard to sum up in a paragraph only ! I will let a famous quote describe my coaching philosophy :

"Chess is everything : art, science and a sport", Anatoly Karpov
