I think the two embedded boards in the study are in the wrong order. First it says "In English" but is followed by the Russian commentated board and after it says "In Russian", the English version follows.

I'm not sure how you translated the study to english, but I assume you copied the PGN and put it into some translator tool, as some chapter are empty in the English version, and they show "*" as the score/result (which isn't present in russian study), which is default for lichess, when pasting pgns

Qb6 Nc3 I play the london and love it on my alt I am 2300 Rapid

Which is why you play it after 1. d4 d5 2. Nf3 Nf6 3. Bf4 c5 4. e3 Nc6 5. c3 Qb6 or 5. Nbd2 Qb6
