After I blundered 27...Bg5!! (quite a shock and such a blame because I realized this idea earlier), I delivered 29.Qxf7+!? and I drew rather comfortably the resulting lost endgame. It was all about momentum and body language. Of course, Black had some winning ways, but shock backfired brutally. It was not the only most beautiful moves, but a current sacrifice (Qxf7) indeed. Chapeau the work, let's share our patterns!

Very nice save after the opponent's tactic! Funny how we had the same queen capture on the same square :-D
thanks for sharing, I've added it to the study.

@datajunkie great article thank you!
This isn’t a direct answer to your question of a memorable move that I myself made.
But what came to mind for me is that I’ve recently gone down the rabbit hole on Lichess bots and chess engines. What started as a question of if I could even get a bot running, to how good could it be, to testing all sorts of hardware and software limitations, to starting work on my own engine.
A big memorable milestone for me that I’ll never forget is the experience of seeing one of my bots beat a grand master. It was just so cool.

There is one unexpected trick, securing me a total of 0.5 points from DarkOnCrack in a casual team arena.
I put this arena up with a twist to farm the no capture in 30 moves Rosen Score Trophy (title says 35 moves to be safe).
It was also an additional "Stalemate Tricks" theme trophy at
https://rosen-score.vercel.app/ [.]
It happened only this one time when I took my opponent very purposefully into a deep dark forest where 2+2=5, and the path leading out was only wide enough for two. Maybe it means that chess really is more about memorization and prearrangement than about creative intuition.

@DarkOnCrack You still took away a trophy. :-)

Over the board game I played not too long ago:
- c3 Nc6 2. d3 e5 3. e4 d5 4. Be2 d4 5. Nf3 Bc5 6. O-O a5 7. Nbd2 Be6 8. Re1 Nf6 9. Nf1 Ng4 10. Bg5 f6 11. Bh4 g5 12. h3 h5 13. hxg4 hxg4 14. Nxg5 fxg5 15. Bg3 Qd7 16. Nh2
Guess what, I found a really cool idea here. An exchange sac that seemingly does nothing at first, no concrete lines at all, yet all of a sudden things get really difficult for white. My first proper positional exchange sacrifice.
Rxh2! 17. Bxh2 O-O-O 18. c4 Rh8 19. f3 Rxh2!! 0-1
Made even more memorable by the second exchange sacrifice on the exact same square!
