You're correct that this puzzle has two solutions. At low depth, only one solution is found, which is probably why the puzzle was created. I've reported the puzzle as having two solutions.

And how you report?

If you open the puzzle and turn on the engine, and wait long enough for the engine to find two solutions, a dialog pops up offering to report the puzzle.
