Did you consider using lc0 policy evaluations in your metrics? These can give a "human-level" insight to how complicated a position is.

Nice idea, but it's still AI which I am 100% against. Show me an old-school, no-nonsense human coach capable of doing the same thing and I might be interested.

I wonder who has had the most brilliant game ever?

what a silly thing to say. Just goes to show how kneejerk reactions only promote ignorance

nice, i tried it, but i noticed how user unfriendly it is, and how developer unfriendly too... i suggest exporting the dashboards to a local website using python streamlit, alas, it is a great project, but needs a lot of technical tweaking

@ChessBlaster23000 At least I have principles that I will not allow to see violated. My viewpoint that you should hire a coach if you want to analyze your games is well-documented on the forums.

Two things can coexist at the same time. Computer analysis is a tool, you need to do the reflection yourself, just like a coach will give you info and data that you then need to process.

This feels like a very "I still use a Nokia 3310 because phones are for making calls!" kinda vibe

@ChessBlaster23000 I do have an inexpensive flip phone FWIW. Plus you can justify any line of thinking when you try to analyze your games solo. The right coach will tear that thinking apart and honestly tell you what you should have considered.

I can do all the legwork I want, but without a human explanation of the WHY engines are worthless for me. YOU try being diagnosed as neurodivergent (autistic here) and see how it works for you. It's people like you who keep developing engines that make finding the RIGHT coach, instead of just ANY coach, impossible for my kind. Just ask @jovana51796 and she will personally tell you that not asking the right questions to establish if a fit exists is an automatic red flag.
